Gift cards are offered for reviews submitted through an active PeerSpot campaign link or invitation email. If you received an email from PeerSpot inviting you to write a review, use the link in that email — this is what ties your review to a campaign and makes you eligible for a reward. Submitting a review directly through the website or app without a campaign link does not qualify.
Once your review is approved and published, your gift card will be issued within 7-10 business days. You'll receive an email with a redemption link.
You have 30 days from the date you receive the redemption email to claim your gift card.
We cannot reissue expired gift cards. If you believe your card expired because of a technical issue on our side, tell me here in the Ask Support chat and we'll look into it.
Open the reward link in your email, choose your preferred redemption option for your country or region, and follow the steps to complete the process. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's done. Some rewards use a Global Choice Link that lets you choose between digital gift cards, prepaid cards, charitable donations, or digital payouts.
The most common reason is that the review was not submitted through an active campaign link. Gift cards are only available for reviews tied to a specific campaign — not all reviews qualify. Other reasons include: the campaign limit was already reached before your review was submitted, your review is still being moderated, or the campaign had already ended. If you used a campaign link and still haven't received a reward after 10 business days, ask me about it in the Ask Support chat and I'll check your account.
Only reviews submitted through an active campaign link are eligible. If each review was submitted through a separate qualifying campaign, each one may earn a reward. Reviews submitted outside of campaigns do not generate rewards regardless of how many you write.
Not automatically. Updating a review you've already submitted does not qualify for a new gift card unless you received an official invitation from PeerSpot specifically asking you to update your review.
If a gift card cannot be redeemed in your country because of regional or legal restrictions, please contact our rewards provider through the BHN support centre.
If you see a post that you feel is inconsistent with our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use (it's not enough to simply disagree — it has to have crossed a line), let us know by emailing support@peerspot.com with a link to the post. A member of our team will look into it and take appropriate action.
To edit or remove your own posts, sign in and open your profile — you'll see all of your previous posts there. Click Edit next to a post, make your changes and click Save. To take a post off the site entirely, edit the posting and click Delete.
PeerSpot believes everything has its pluses and minuses, so we encourage reviewers to include a balanced perspective (pros and cons). Reviews are submitted without titles, and PeerSpot editorial staff write the title after reading the review, following these guidelines:
- Reviewer rating 8–10 out of 10 — the title is based on positive information from the review.
- Reviewer rating 4–7 out of 10 — the title reflects both valuable features and room for improvement.
- Reviewer rating 1–3 out of 10 — the title is based on areas for improvement.
- No reviewer rating — the title is at editorial discretion.
You keep complete control over the contents of your published reviews and can edit or delete them at any time. To change a title, open the review from your profile and click Edit Posting.
To maintain data quality and make sure each post is within our Community Guidelines, we review every post before it appears on the site. That can take up to 3 business days (sometimes longer if you posted for a company that wasn't already in our system). If your post still isn't visible after a few days, it may not have met the guidelines and wasn't approved for display.
The community can benefit from hearing all of your experiences including the good, the bad, and everything in between. Be sure to include all the relevant facts and details, and don't embellish your story for effect. We enthusiastically advocate freedom of speech, but beware the legal consequences.
PeerSpot verifies every reviewer before a review is published. We require you to register with your company email address or your LinkedIn profile, and we then match your company email domain against customer data, confirm your professional identity and role through LinkedIn, and where needed ask for product subscription evidence (invoice, dashboard screenshot, or support ticket). You must pass at least one verification step for your review to be published. This process — combined with moderation of every post — is what keeps vendors and non-users from posting fake reviews. You can read the full PeerSpot Review Authentication Policy and Process.
Your company email is used to verify that you work at an organisation that uses the product you're reviewing. Personal email addresses cannot be matched against company or vendor data and will be rejected.
Go to your profile and select "Connect LinkedIn". This lets PeerSpot verify your professional identity and helps your reviews get published without delays.
Sign in and open your profile, where you can update your name, job title and other account details.
Open your profile and click the Delete My Account link at the bottom right of the edit profile page. Deleting your account removes all reviews, ratings and messages associated with it. You can also email unsubscribeme@peerspot.com with your username or account email address — please allow up to 3 business days for us to process the request.
Yes — the site includes private messaging, so registered users can contact each other directly without revealing their email address or identity.

No. Your email address is never displayed on the PeerSpot website. Your company name is only shown with your permission.
PeerSpot may share your name, email, phone, job title, company, and IP address with Partners for marketing purposes. PeerSpot also sells aggregated buyer intent data to technology vendors — this does not include your personal information.

PeerSpot is 100% committed to offering an open platform for real users to share opinions with their peers. We don't accept banner advertising on our site and there is no "pay to play" at PeerSpot - any vendor can be listed as long as it offers an enterprise-class solution with real customers.
We don't charge money for people to read reviews, so in order to support ourselves, we provide a service to vendors in which we personally interview customers and write it up as a review based on a transcript of the conversation. The vendor may provide custom questions to include in the review questionnaire. Less than 10% of our reviews are collected in this manner and we are fully transparent about our process - you'll see at the bottom of each review a disclosure that states how the review was created. Customers who provided a review in this manner may have been offered a gift card as a thank you for participating. As with all reviews published on PeerSpot, we require the reviewers to testify that they are real users of the solution, and we then validate their identity using LinkedIn and other web resources.
When we publicize new reviews across the web and on social media, we will give extra publicity (e.g. more tweets, more LinkedIn posts) to these vendors. On our comparison pages, if we add a suggested 3rd product we indicate it with a label that says "Sponsored". We offer 100% opt-in lead generation to match interested buyers with relevant solutions; this means that unless a user gives us explicit permission to do so, we never share the email, name or other personally identifiable information of our members. We sell buyer intent data subscriptions to technology vendors, financial institutions, and other companies. We do not include personal identifiable information in our intent data offerings.
Yes — you can read about how we rank products in our ranking methodology, and the standards every post has to meet in our Community Guidelines.
The site facilitates discussion and sharing ideas in a vendor-neutral environment. However, we recognize that it is in a vendor's interest to win over potential customers, and thus, contributions of a vendor can be inherently biased. Thus, we require employees of tech vendors to identify themselves during registration. We feel that it is important that site visitors be able to distinguish between information contributed by vendors versus that contributed by tech professionals.
Membership is free and open to anyone with a valid work e-mail address. You can sign in or register here. Site members can contribute to the forums as well as product reviews and ratings, and can privately contact each other to discuss specific questions and categories.
Employees of tech vendors are not allowed to review their own products or products of their company's competitors. Only real users who have used the product/service, or evaluated it in order to use it, in the past year are permitted to submit a review. Vendors are allowed to respond to reviews of their products in order to provide constructive feedback (e.g. bug has been fixed, new pricing model, missing feature on roadmap) . These comments by employees of tech vendors are clearly marked in the site with a vendor badge and the name of the vendor. We do permit employees of tech vendors to review products and services in categories in which the vendor does not have an offering. For instance, a marketing employee from HPE that uses CRM software may review a CRM product but may not review any product in a category in which HPE plays.
We include only products and services that are customer-proven in the enterprise market: the vendor must have at least 50 employees, and the product or service must have at least 10 enterprise customers (an enterprise being an organisation with at least 1,000 employees or at least $250M annual revenue). If your product meets that criteria, email vendors@peerspot.com.

Yes. We encourage you to join the discussion — answer user questions, talk about product enhancements relevant to the thread, and so on. Please refrain from promotional language, spreading FUD, disparaging competitors, or anything else that violates our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use.
Our team reviews every rating, review and post that is submitted, and investigates suspect or inappropriate submissions. We're happy you asked. The easiest way to get more reviews is to invite your customers to post their own reviews and comments. This can be done by sending an email to your customers, including a link to this site in your customer newsletter, or encouraging prospects to review your company and product as part of their evaluation process.
Use the Ask Support chat for instant help with gift cards, reviews and account questions. For anything the chat can't resolve, email support@peerspot.com; for privacy and data requests, email privacy@peerspot.com.
Ask Support can check your reward status, explain why a reward is pending or expired, help troubleshoot gift card issues, answer questions about review eligibility, and escalate issues to our team when needed.
